The shakes & bars are really good! The bfast meals are horrible! I emailed the vendor to see if I could exchange the bfast ones for shakes/bars . .haven’t heard from the vendor. I guess I’ll just throw them away (6 boxes!). The cost of the kit may still be cheaper than buying the items separately . .haven’t checked. May be expecting too much to hear from the vendor – but I buy a lot from Amazon & I’ve come to expect a lot because they’ve always provided exceptional customer service.

With so many diet books, weight loss programs and pills, potions and drinks, you would think that developing an easy weight loss plan took a Master’s degree in Nutrition to figure it out. But it really isn’t like that.

Most of us probably already know how to lose weight, it can just be tough putting it into practice, especially with so many competing messages out there about the right way to do it. So hopefully I can help you out with some easy weight loss tips that will get that weight off so you can feel better, stronger and healthier.

The first thing you need to do is to set a goal for yourself. Losing weight is about taking one step at a time, so set an achievable goal. For example, set a goal of a five pound weight loss in two weeks. Write the goal down. In fact, take an index card and write your goal in big letters and then put the index card someplace you can see it every day. Then mark the two week date on your calendar. Now it’s time to make a plan.

If you are wanting to lose five pounds in two weeks, you need to have a plan of how you will accomplish this. Don’t plan beyond the first two weeks. It is usually easier to lose weight if you take the task in small chunks and taking note of small accomplishments along the easy weight loss way. so for now, just worry about the first two weeks and meeting your weight loss goal for it.

For starters, develop meal plans for at least the upcoming week and be sure to write them down. Also write down the shopping list and then stick to it when you go to the supermarket.

For the next two weeks, stop eating out and start fixing meals at home. Take your lunch to work and include healthy snacks to eat throughout the day. When developing your meal plans, try to count how many calories are in the meals that you are preparing. This will give you an idea of how many calories you are taking in at each meal. Ideally, you should be eating between 1200 and 1500 calories to lose weight.

Also, be certain that you are drinking plenty of water. Water is one of the most important aspects of weight loss. It will help keep your body’s digestive system running smoothly. If you don’t like the taste of plain water, try adding sugar free flavor packets to your water. There are several good ones on the market that contain no calories and will make your water taste delicious.

Now that you know what you are going to eat, it’s time to think about exercise. For starters, take a walk. It doesn’t have to be a mile long walk around the neighborhood. Just take a walk around the block two or three times. If you have a treadmill, try to do fifteen minutes on the treadmill. Now repeat this every day. You will soon discover that you look forward to walking. You may want to include a friend when you walk to make it more enjoyable.

After two weeks, weigh yourself and you will find that you have lost that five pounds, if not more. That’s how simple it is to lose weight. So now all you have to do is repeat this process over and over.

It is important that you do increase the amount of exercise that you get for maximum weight loss. Find something that you really like to do. For instance, if you like to dance, get some good exercise videos that include dance. A lot of cable companies now carry a variety of exercise channels so you can pick and choose which ones you want to use. If you find an exercise that you really find enjoyable, you will be looking forward to it each day.

So hopefully you will find that this is an easy weight loss plan for you to follow. Now that you have put these easy weight loss tips into practice, you can continue to implement them for as long as you need to. Just do try and keep it to two week blocks of time so you can celebrate the small goals along the way.

I picked up this product at my local Weight Watchers and have really enjoyed the set. There are nice and heavy metal spoons. They make measuring food very easy. Plus they don’t look like measuring cups but like serving spoons. I am very happy I pick them up.

I have been having hot flashes and night sweats for 4-5 years, averaging one every two hours with varying severity. Zalestra has helped me immeasurably. One or two hot flashes/night sweats per DAY now, none severe, and I’ve even lost a few pounds. I have tried other appetite suppressants and they make me feel edgy and weird – not Zalestra. I don’t know if this will work for everyone, but it’s working for me.

I was a little hesitant to try this product for 2 reasons:

1. The price in the stores ($40 at Walgreens) was a little expensive
and
2. I wasn’t sure if it would actually work.

Let me just say- price isn’t a problem. As you can see (and I just found out) that Amazon sells these far cheaper than in the stores. Anytime there is a money back guarantee, I always give something a try- why not?! You have nothing to lose!

Now, I have been taking these pills for about a week and a half, and I will be honest, even IF I didn’t lose any weight…I would still want to take these pills every now and then. The energy boost they give is awesome! No jittery ‘I feel like I just drank a shot of espresso’ feelings! Just an boost of energy to get through your day!

Also, I have lost weight. I am not going to lie and say I lost 5-10lbs, but I have lost 2lbs.
KEEP IN MIND- you do have to change your eating habits. You also have to work out. This is NOT a miracle pill that replaces either of the 2- you must also do the work that comes with getting in shape and having a healthy lifestyle.

One thing I do want to add- Jillian Michaels does state that this product might not be for everyone. It might work a little better for some than others. We are all built and made differently from one another.
While 1 cup of coffee will wake some people up, others might feel nothing and actually get more tired.
So just keep that in mind.

I am not saying this will definitely work for everyone- I am simply reiterating that its worth trying and seeing if it does work for you!

After 3 days taking the pills and exercising…and drinking lots of water like Im supposed to, I began getting dizzy, lightheaded and feeling like I got a hungover. Today is the 3rd week and I am still feeling like that. I am recommending to anyone to not buy any pills from Jillian Michaels.

ok i have tried other fat burners lipo 6,hydroxycut,stacker,trim spa,lipo 6 black ect and i can tell you nothing worked ….well to be honest i was like all the other air heads out here , taking the pills BARELY working out and not eating as healthly as should so when I checked out the jillian fat burner she STRESS working out and TRY to eat healthy no stuffing doughnuts and cheese cake in your mouth every day so i bought it , same day did her 30 minute workout and drunk 3 lit of water , this was on thursday 4th ,today is tuesday 9th , i lost 4.2 lbs so far! wew! . the energy is amazing ! seriously i was sitting at my desk at work sooo sleepy thursday morning ( the day started the pills ) so i took two (as rec) and i’ll say….15-20 minutes i had a very nice boost of energy , i got through my whole day happy (10 hour shift) my mood lifted , my energy was nice and when i got home i took the last two with my meal and felt so good i did another 30 minute cardio/weight . so just some good advice for the people that take fat burner pills yet still eat chips,cookies,cake and the only work out you do is flick the remote to change the channel but yet complain it dosent work? (like i use to do ) GET UP , PUT SOME EFFORT INTO YOUR WORK OUT , TAKE PILL AS DIRECTED AND REPLACE THE CUPCAKE WITH AN APPLE (COMMON SENSE) TAKE A PIC OF YOURSELF THEN 1 MONTH LATER TAKE ANOTHER PIC SAME CLOTHES AND LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE.

I just bought the pills the other day and have been taking them for 3 days now and as the lable instructs. I do feel a little hype when I take the pills but I really do not know if it because I’m hopeful that they will work or trying to be positive about the whole pill thing! I have tried 3 or 4 different kinds and none have worked! J. Michaels better keep her word on all her talk! I go to the gym everyday and now taking her pills with all the publicity about her-well—I will wait and see. I have not felt anything weird but they really havent helped control my appetite either! I try to eat less anyway not that I eat out of the norm. I have a friend who was taking J. Michaels fat burner and she was seeing results but not always do they work for everyone! Like I said-I will wait and see and if I do not see results I will update you on my next review about Jillian Michaels!

I purchased this kit about 2 weeks ago and I’ve already lost 11lbs!!! The food is delicious, easy to prepare and comes already pre-portioned so I don’t have to weigh anything or measure it out. (Except for my dinner time meal). The binder that comes with the plan is full of suggestions and tips on how to get to your goal. It’s like someone holding your hand through the whole process. I would highly reccomend these products!

My cousin introduced me to this tea and I must say it works. I didn’t have to go to the bathroom until perhaps the third day of drinking the tea. Not sure why, but after the first time, things became pretty regular. This stuff is STRONG and will sneak up on you. Be careful when drinking bc you will have the urge to go at the most inconvenient times. I learned that the hard way riding my bus to work.I cannot speak to the weight loss aspect bc I don’t think it’s done that for me. Would be nice though! It does satisfy as a laxative though.The first time I drank it was hard because of the taste. I tried honey, but ended up switching to Equal. Now I’m used to the taste. The cramps thing is very real. One night I woke up at 2 with horrible stomach cramps, and I knew it was bc of the tea. Took me an hour to get relief (back n forth to the b-room), but by 3am I felt much better.

So if you’re looking for a good cleanse, this will work.

The best laxative tea ever. OK, i was doing many other things to loose 22 kg after pregnancy (which I did in the course of 6 months, doing tons of aerobics, moderate eating, flushing out access fluid and some serious massaging and expensive slimming creams), but this tea was one of the major factors I could reach my goal.

Besides, I feel fantastic overall (the system is totally detoxed, skin is clear than ever).

It does not have nasty sides effects of laxative teas. Yes, you should stay close to the bathroom but there are no cramps or bloating effects whatsoever. I keep drinking it.

I’ve always had difficulty going to the bathroom and every thing seems to constipate me so I’m always looking for the magical item. One day when I was buying my normal tea, I spotted this tea and thought I would try it out. I immediately fell in love with the tea. I agree with the others in that the taste is not that great but you get used to the tast. I did not use the tea everyday. I was not using it for weight loss, but for constipation. I would drink a cup at night and in the morning I would go to the bathroom and feel great. I since ordered some on-line and I’m now trying as a diet aid so I’m very excited to see how it helps in that category. I also ordered the pills and they’re magical. When I take them I don’t get hungry.
